3 Tips for Setting Up a Business Page on Facebook
1. Uploading your cover photo and profile photo.
Your branding is the important asset you have online.
Having a blank cover photo and/or profile picture will not represent your brand properly.
Be sure your logo and your business are displayed professionally in both images.
For the cover photo the optimal size is 828 x 360 pixels.
Be sure to check that your images display properly in both desktop and mobile browsers.
This is especially important if you have text in your cover photo so you can make sure it’s visible.
2. Make sure all you tabs have content.
The idea of setting up a business page on Facebook is to get engagement and create interest for your business.
The about tab gives you an opportunity to let people know more about your business.
You can also create custom tabs with specific product information or promotional material.
3. Set up your call to action button.
Don’t forget to tell your followers what to do.
Never assume that those who follow you know what you want them to do on your Facebook page.
You need to create a clear Call To Action (CTA).
Facebook allows you to do this very easily with their customizable button.
Just choose what text you want displayed from the choices given and add your URL.
